Tomorrow Kate is 29 months. To me her vocabulary is just expanding amazingly. Yesterday she took a sticker of the mirror in the car (don't have a clue why there was a sticker on the mirror in the car!) and said "rainbow!" And I was getting the stroller out of the trunk and she said "stroller."
She is singing phrases of songs when she is playing with her toys and the music is not on. When the music is on she likes to listen (very intently) to it.
She is still very comfortably in 18 month clothes. Although she looks taller to me. She is wearing shorts all the time, so perhaps if she were in pants she would be moving up in clothing size.
My mom's friend Renee's daughter Leslie :) adopted from Russia in March. A little girl named Aida. They came to visit, I think last week. That was the first time Kate didn't look like a baby to me anymore. She definately looked bigger and older than Aida. It made my mommy's heart sad :)
