So, I am pretty speechless this morning. Ron and I have been since I got home from church yesterday.
I love church, I could do a whole post about how much I love our preschool program, and what fun I have every week going in and working with our kids. I co-direct the Early Childhood Program. We have *fantastic* large and small group leaders. We have an awesome program. We have fabulous kids. It has been such a blessing and joy to serve. I could make a whole blog post about it :)
But....that's not what this is about!!! We received a number of Quinn bottles yesterday. And it was so fun. This has been such a neat way to raise funds to help bring Quinn home. Yesterday the majority of people who brought me change were kids. Actually, teens. And they were SO sweet. One of them didn't even have a bottle, he just brought me a bag of change. I think the women around me may have left and cried :)
But that's not what this is about either!!!
A man found me at the end of the morning. He gave me an envelope for my family. With a very nice card and note. And a large donation toward bringing home Quinn. Now....it wasn't signed, so we need to do follow up!!!! Being a couple who has done this to other people, now I am on the flip side and I am trying to just accept the gift and know I may never know the *who* it came from (arrgh!!!!) LOL
If the person or people who contributed happen to read this (which nobody reads my blog so I doubt you will!) We THANK YOU!!!!! It is truly, truly a blessing to us.

I read your blog, but it wasn't me. What an awesome thing to do and to receive. Don't search the giver out, just smile bigger at everyone you see :)
I read your blog too!! These are some wonderful things your Church has done for you. You are truely blessed to have them in your life.
Cheers,
Carmel from MT
So I found your blog, Bridget!!! God is teaching you humility. Enjoy the gift and know it was to show what an impact YOU and your family have on others through your love and service each week. WE are blessed to have you at FBC and I'm blessed to know this journey you are on AGAIN!!! Love and hugs - Susan A. preschool volunteer and BSF buddy!
Hey - I read, too! ;-) My Nathan (15) has personally taken over Quinn's bottle here at home and is diligently putting change in each day.
What a blessing to receive such gifts from those you worship with each week! Even when you do not know them by name.
