I am taking Mitchell to an oral surgeon today for a consultation about having his wisdom teeth removed. Boo Hoo!
First....ouch for him! Second...I'm not sure how we got to the age of having a kid who is old enough to have wisdom teeth removed!?!?! Ron and I both still have all of our wisdom teeth. Of course I was like a crazy experiment my dentist worked on for years before I finally went to the orthodontist. I think my dentist was an orthodontist wanna be or something. I had all kinds of stuff in elementary school before I actually got braces in middle school. Hence my refusal to take my kids near an orthodontist before they are like 12. I believe it is all bunk before then. Anyway, with all that craziness in my youth it somehow made room for my wisdom teeth. The bad part of keeping your wisdom teeth is then you end up with crowns.....not a cheap reward!!!
I conveniently scheduled Mitchell's wisdom teeth removal for December 28th at 8 AM. He should not have to miss any gymnastics practices if I calculated correctly.
Wasn't that kind of me!?!? :)
Mason is going to an overnight with Crave 631 tonight (it is a youth group in Chardon.) He has to be at the high school in Chardon at 9PM and they are going somewhere in Strongsville to play games, swim, play basketball, eat, all night. He has be be picked up at the high school at 6AM. Sounds crazy to me!!!! He doesn't know anyone who is going, he just wants to go to play some new Madden game. Priorities. Right??
We have our Achievement Night for our Co-Op tonight. Jack, Regan and I are going. Enough said there.
I have to leave the house in a half hour. I am sitting in my robe. I have done nothing with my hair, put on no make up, the kids are not dressed, and I need to vacuum.
Procrastination is one of my issues. Happy Friday!
