We did the pumpkin carving and roasted seeds.
Kate and Quinn had their 3 and 4 year old well child check ups today. We love our doctor....we think he is great. He has been our doctor since Mitch was 3 months old and seen us through lots of things. I do have to say.....I think that was it for well child visits. I thought because the girls were adopted and all we needed to go and make sure they were growing and developing and whatever. Well....they are, and it was a total waste of time. The next time we see him will be when they are sick...unless we *have* to go for some reason (like insurance or something.)
Regan has all of her schoolwork done...yay....gold star!!!!
Jack pooped out. He did pretty good for his first attempt at the whole assignment book thing. We started reading "Tree in the Trail" today and a Christian Liberty Press Nature Reader. He was amazingly cooperative, it was kind of weird.
Now I need to get the big boys whipped into shape. I have been giving them more leeway because they are doing their outside work. However, they seem to have to much free time on their hands. I think they need more work from me. I need to go through the things I have and get extra things organized for them.
Mason is preparing a presentation for his conspiracy theory class stating the theory Elvis is alive. He has been working on that (so he claims.) Mitchell is working on a presentation about fringe science (which proves he can one day be a super hero...great.) Because they are both actually doing this I haven't been on them much about stuff for me. However they seem to have time for watching netflix, so I need to do some re prioritizing!
Tomorrow are dentist appointments for the 3 older kids. Then Mitchell is headed to the Storehouse of God for the weekend. We are all jealous.
